Refund policy

At TCG Bazaar LLC., all sales are final. Due to the collectible and time-sensitive nature of trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and related merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless required by law.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

All trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, accessories, and related merchandise are sold as-is and are considered final sale.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Market value fluctuations
  • Pull rates or pack contents
  • Grading outcomes
  • Card centering
  • Print lines
  • Factory defects or manufacturer imperfections
  • Packaging wear
  • Personal condition assessments

No guarantees are made regarding future value, investment potential, pull rates, or grading results.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product selections, quantities, shipping addresses, and payment information.

Orders may not be canceled once submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged during shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging

Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer and confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Theft after delivery
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Final Sale Policy.

We maintain records of:

  • Customer checkout acceptance of store policies
  • Order details
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Shipment tracking information
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Customer communications

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim alleging non-delivery, unauthorized purchase, or product-related dissatisfaction may be contested using documentation collected during the transaction process.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit all available evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute resolution services.
  • Report suspected fraudulent activity to applicable payment providers and fraud prevention services.
  • Refuse future service to customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
  • Pursue recovery of losses, fees, costs, and expenses associated with fraudulent disputes where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or purchase of any product.
