Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High-volume sales periods
  • Holidays
  • Severe weather events
  • Carrier service disruptions

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if applicable.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

All trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and accessories are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit. While we take reasonable precautions when packaging orders, we cannot guarantee the condition of items once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging caused during shipping does not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failures
  • Service interruptions
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volume periods

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided:

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier will be considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivered packages
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delivery issues occurring after carrier confirmation

Customers should contact the shipping carrier or local police authority directly regarding theft or delivery concerns.

Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance is offered and selected at checkout, claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted according to the insurer's requirements.

If insurance is not purchased, replacement or reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may not be available.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with significant shipping-related damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide adequate documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
